BAC Apprentice, Select , Artist Instruments

We have a 30 day return policy on Apprentice, Select, Artist and 825 models.  If you are not satisfied with any new products of these models, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price or credit on an exchange.  If your purchase is shipped with a free shipping offer, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Handcraft Instruments

We have a 30 day return policy on Handcraft instruments.  The trial period begins when the instrument leaves our facility.  

Returned orders are subject to a 15% processing, cleaning and restocking fee.  Any transaction fees such as bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, and shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and in original condition and in original packaging.  Any item not in its original packaging, damaged or that is missing parts may be given a partial refund or may not be eligible for return based solely on our discretion.

Return Authorization

  • All returns must have a return authorization number.  Please email orders@bacmusic.com or call 877-569-0240 to obtain one.

  • Once you have been issued a return authorization, please note the requirements below to avoid denial of the refund or exchange credit.

  • Item must be in original box

  • RA number must be affixed to the outer box

  • Item must be in its original box and condition

  • All accessories must be included and in their original condition

    • No returns will be accepted on sales outside the continental US
