Join a growing network of professionals helping schools, universities, marching organizations, and musicians find the right instruments, equipment, rental programs, and funding solutions.
Independent contractor opportunity • Commission-based compensation • Self-paced training and certification • Supported by the B.A.C./825 team
Build Relationships. Identify Needs. Help Programs Move Forward.
The B.A.C./825 Independent Sales Rep Program is built around relationships. Representatives use connections they already have and develop new ones within music education and the music industry. They learn what a school, university, marching organization, educator, or performer needs, connect that customer with the appropriate B.A.C. team members, and remain involved as the relationship develops.
Representatives are not expected to handle every technical or operational part of a sale. B.A.C. supports official product recommendations, current availability, pricing, quotes, bids, orders, fulfillment, and customer service. The representative focuses on building trust, recognizing genuine opportunities, maintaining communication, and helping the customer take the next useful step.
What Representatives May Introduce
B.A.C. Musical Instruments: Brass, woodwinds, percussion, handcrafted instruments, and direct-to-program purchasing.
825 Marching: Marching brass, battery percussion, mallet instruments, front ensemble equipment, and accessories.
RentMyInstrument: A national online instrument rental program serving families and school music programs.
Virtual Booster Club: A program that turns qualifying rental activity into reward credit for free instruments for music programs.
