What Is KCDA?

KCDA is a purchasing cooperative owned by Washington public school districts. Its awarded contracts help eligible members purchase equipment and supplies through an established cooperative process.

Who Does KCDA Serve?

KCDA serves public schools, government agencies, public colleges and other eligible organizations. It has a strong presence in Washington and the Pacific Northwest, with participation available to eligible members beyond the region. Accredited private K–12 schools in Washington may also qualify. Confirm your organization’s eligibility and membership with KCDA before ordering.

How to Purchase

1. Confirm your KCDA membership

Check your organization’s eligibility and membership with KCDA.

2. Plan your instruments with BAC

Share your models, quantities, accessories, budget and delivery needs. Our team can help define the package for KCDA to quote.

3. Request your official quote through KCDA

KCDA obtains the vendor quote from BAC and prepares the official member quote under Contract 26-342.

4. Send your purchase order to KCDA

After your organization approves the quote, submit the purchase order to KCDA using the instructions on that quote.

5. KCDA places the order with BAC

KCDA issues its purchase order to BAC, and fulfillment proceeds according to the approved quote and contract.
